In this TED Talk from 2008, Dr. Dean Ornish talks about how making small changes to your lifestyle and diet can vastly improve your health, even if you have a genetic predisposition to some illnesses.
I recorded this last night, but YouTube ended up taking forever and a day to “process” it.
Anyway. Please realize that this isn’t just about skin–this is about me being in completely uncharted territory. The skin issue is just one thing I can identify that goes along with the rest of the mysterious unknown.
Here it is! Keep in mind that most, if not all, of these foods are made with easily pronouncable ingredients and generally short ingredients lists. No fillers, preservatives, etc.
