Thursday Weigh-In

Starting Weight: 298.2 pounds
Last Week’s Weight: 215.2 pounds
Today’s Weight: 213.0 pounds

I lost 2.2 pounds! Now, I’m eating a slice of ice cream pie in honor of the Boy’s birthday….

...I remember this tasting better...

Edit: Six weeks to shed 13.2 pounds…

    Yay! I’m going to remember the past few weeks when I hit my next plateau. It only seems like it lasts forever, right?

    I’m still annoyed at finding food that doesn’t taste like I remember it.

      Sometimes it FEELS like forever, too!

      It took me FOUR months to get out of the 270s. It still makes me mad, almost a year later. Those were some dark days, I’ll tell ya.

      But I think it helps to have the graph that you and I use. When I feel like it’s not going anywhere, I can look at the whole thing and see that there is, in fact, a downward trend.

      And yeah, the taste thing is frustrating, even now. The ice cream pie didn’t taste good, the fries at lunch didn’t taste good, and everyone around me assured me that it was as delicious as it’s always been. That’s okay, I guess. Fewer french fries never hurt anyone :)
