Thursday Weigh-In

Starting Weight: 298.2 pounds
Last Week’s Weight: 218.0 pounds
Today’s Weight: 218.4 pounds

Up .4 pounds. We are not amused. And the thing is, I thought my food choices were pretty good this week. I would say that it’s probably a blip, but the scale hasn’t been under 218 all week. *sigh*

  1. Take no notice, it’s just an effect of the exercise you’ve started. The main thing is you are looking so much slimmer…it’s really obvious now, you are looking good. Even though you were a little sweaty. lol

  2. I started the C25K earlier this year and couldn’t believe when a “mere” 60 seconds of jogging kicked my butt! I modified the plan and repeated weeks as needed and that is perfectly okay!

    You are making a choice and making a change. All motion is good motion. Keep up the great work and I look forward to the day you look back and realize that you “used” to dread a 60 second jog and now you can go for so much longer!

    • It was amazing to me last week–by my third session 30 seconds was a piece of cake. Our bodies are remarkable things!
